Unlike the Australian system the UK operates a three term academic year.

Each term is comprised of approximately twelve weeks with a one-week half term holiday.

Christmas and Easter holidays are two weeks in duration and the summer break is six weeks.

In total thirteen weeks annual leave, so there are plenty of opportunities to explore.

Autumn Term:
September – December: Christmas break
Late October: Half Term break

Spring Term:
January – April: Easter break
Late February: Half Term break

Summer Term:
April – July: Summer break
Late May: Half Term break
